Located in downtown Madison near University of Wisconsin's Memorial Union, this is a vegetarian food cart, and all dishes can be made vegan. It is open during the summer season, located on Library Mall during the week, and near the farmer's market on Saturday. Meals include a baked tofu sandwich, a dandelion salad with a creamy (vegan) chickpea topping fresh vegetables and tofu, BBQ tofu with sweet potatoes. Portions are generous and loaded with fresh veggies from the farmer's market. Open Mon-Fri 10:30am-2:30pm, Sat 10:30am-1:30pm, closed Sun.
