I just recently found this vegan smoothie/deli shop too. I ate there for lunch and had a tuno sandwich. I thought the food was excellent. It seemed to me that very little was prepared ahead of time which makes it very fresh but also takes a while to get your food. So keep that in mind. :)

My mom who lives in Spokane just told me about a new vegan smoothie/deli shop at Francis and Division (next to Toys R Us). It is owned by Seventh Day Adventists, so closed on Saturdays. Should be good!
