There is a jazz restaurant in Delaware Water Gap with a vegan-friendly chef. The restaurant is in a Victorian hotel complete with warped floors, veranda, and huge windows. Moderate to expensive prices. Has a full bar, and views from the hotel are of mountains and a quaint town. It is down the street from the Appalachian Trail and the Delaware Water Gap National Park.
