P.F. Changs has a small vegetarian menu, but the servers are very vegetarian helpful. They can have special items made up. I had a server ask if egg noodles were ok, if not they could use rice noodles. Also, a server brought to my attention that a seemingly vegetarian dish used chicken broth, but that oyster mushroom broth could be used and they would also use a pan that had not been used for meat. I've never had servers go above and beyond like that.

Greetings... If Pendleton is known for anything it is for its cowboy culture and not much else, so when my wife and I had to find something to eat in a hurry last week, we were not happy about our options. We stumbled on a real gem, a pizza/pasta/sandwich joint called Como's. Plenty of meatless options, and friendly people too. Nice surprise. Here's the address from the receipt:
