I've lived here for years, and it's always a surprise when I travel and suddenly have a hard time finding food at restaurants.
You'd have to try pretty hard to go to a non-chain restaurant in Eugene and find no veg*an options.

This place has the best vegan pizza ever and are the nicest family running the operation. I must go-to if ever visiting Eugene.

I love these places, my husband and I alternate each time we go up there!!!! Yummmmmyyyy!!!
