Today I ordered their hummus vegetable sandwich and the hummus was cross contaminated with ALOT of tuna fish.

This is unacceptable for at least 3 reasons to me:
1) fish 2) eggs in the mayo 3) cross contamination of food product.

I do not feel COSI takes the dietary concerns of its customers very seriously if their kitchen staff allow cross contamination in the kitchen. I assume serving utensils or serving vessels are being shared for both meat dishes and non-meat dishes, this is awful.
