Love this place. One sandwich is two lunches. The variety is great. There is always three or four veggie sandwichs packed full of good stuff. They make dinners. They serve wine and beer. They have something for everyone... www.theseedlingcafe.com

The vegan food there are great!! For all those who are true vegans I recommend you check this place out.Try their double tasted tofu and gluten in hot pot (#42 in menu).Tofu fingers,fresh tofu sring rolls fried dumplings(just to name a few!)are very good.

Saludos and Hi. I am moving to Nashua from Puerto Rico in the next couple of weeks. While I interview for professional positions in my field, (training, organization development and counseling), I am seeking temporary lodging, until I get my own place. If any one out there knows of a vegetarian or natural foods (not necesarily exclusively vegie also) household with a room to rent and possibilities to pay for supper as part of the rent, I'd surely appreciate any information you can provide.
I am a healthy, strong, 60 year old, long time macrobiotic, on and off, studied and lived in Massachusetts and New Hampshire many years. I agree with Skippy. This is one of my favorite restaurants besides Giant of Siam and Thon Khao. My favorite is Vegetarian Triple Taste Delight and "chicken with black mushrooms".

The best vegetarian sandwich for miles around. I can't say enough about the quality of the food, the huge portions, and the wonderful service.
