Serves meat, veg options available. National chain with two locations in the area. The second is in South Reno at 191 Damonte Ranch Pkwy. You select your own ingredients from a buffet. Vegan options are tofu and a variety of vegetables, plus sauces. Tell staff you are vegan and they mark your bowl to make sure they scrub the grill extra well before cooking your food. Can also request no oil in the preparation. Open Sun 11am-9:30pm, Mon-Thur 11am-10pm, Fri-Sat 11am-10:30pm.
