Opened in spring 2013, Bronze Cafe makes all of its food from scratch (except for the pita and whole wheat bread) and features many vegan items, including: the Tree of Life pita sandwich and the Good Earth pita sandwich, both of which come with a side salad; the Southwestern Las Vegan salad and the Asian marinated kale salad. You could opt to add house-made seitan to your sandwich or salad. Many sides are also vegan, including: poblano corn black bean salad, red pepper hummus, babaganoosh, beet salad with quinoa, curried quinoa, farro butternut squash salad, edamame salad, and agrodolce roasted brussel sprouts. For dessert you will find assorted vegan quickbreads and cookies as well a daily raw vegan gluten free cheesecake and a raw mousse.
