I've found Vegan dishes at the following places:

Noodles & Company [chain restaurant]

Thai Kitchen in Maryland Heights [off of Dorsett] -- They do not put fish oil in their curries.

Panchero's Mexican Grill in Crestwood -- this is the best! It blows away Qdoba and Chipotle! I know the owner and I know what I get is Vegan. I get the Veggie Burrito without cheese, sour cream, etc. The tortilla is totally Vegan...this burrito is to die for!!!

Other places to note are:

* "McAlister's Deli" has veggie chili [awesome] and baked potatoes. They carry Vegetarian sandwiches as well. They just reworked their menu, so now the Vegetarian stuff in intermixed within everything.

* "Red Robin" where you can replace any burger with a Boca or Garden burger. I used to eat here pre-Vegan.

Good links to other restaurants:

Boogaloo in Maplewood has vegetarian/vegan Mondays. You can get an AuroPro(match/soy) Sloppy Joe or the special for the night. Go for the special! (specify vegan, they know what it means!)

#1. Natural Fact Deli (Webster Groves) http://www.naturalfact.com/
-Get the Falafel wrap and sub hummus for the curry mayo and add Sriracha if you like things spicy! Also, their veggie burger is homemade and since the bread isn't vegan I get it in a wrap with ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Home runs I promise! And their sweet potato chips are deadly!

#2. Crazy Bowls and Wraps http://www.crazybowlsandwraps.com/ has multiple locations around st.louis and VEGAN ITEMS CLEARLY labeled on the menu. They'll do up anything you what there as well.

#3. OR Juice and Smoothies 6654 Clayton Road
Richmond Heights 63117
314-647-8881 Get the veggie burger. State that you're vegan. Note that the owner comes off a little rude, but I don't think she means it. Don't get the spring rolls, they taste like condoms.

#4. Raj's Rasoi & Gokul are both listed on HC.

#5. Terrene http://www.terrene-stlouis.com/ Green Goddess Dressing, vegan flatbread. Tofu on a stick (specify vegan). Their menu changes often and they've been doing a Smoked Tofu which has been great. Sam Smith Organic Vegan Lager Beer

#5. RED is a new restaurant on Washington Ave that is doing Vegan Thursdays, but will accommodate vegans on any night. Call ahead for reservations. Thursday 3 course vegan feast!

#6. Mokabes http://www.mokabes.com/ has a killer Sunday brunch! vegan french toast (request at the counter) Tofu Scramble (if its not vegan at the buffet they have a vegan version they'll bring to your table) vegan potatoes / vegan crab cakes / vegan sausage / and an assortment of vegan cakes and cookies! All you can eat!
