Cass Cafe is on the east side of Cass Ave, south of Warren Ave, in the Wayne State Campus area. They offer vegetarian and vegan items.

HappyCow won't allow it to be posted because they serve beef, but it is a local treasure with vegetarian options (no vegan options.) They have their own brewery, dairy, etc if you you are into that kind of thing, plus veggie burgers and full vegetarian meals.

krishna is a vegetarian indian restaurant located on ford road between middlebelt and inkster in garden city. not the best place if with a date but staff is extremely friendly, food is good and inexpensive.
