There's an amazing Chinese restaurant in Ann Arbor called Chia Shiang at 2016 Packard, Ann Arbor, MI (734)741-0778. They have a whole second menu that's vegetarian and almost completely vegan, additionally they feature some Malaysian dishes too. They have a separate vegetarian kitchen from the meat cooking area and have great vegan spring rolls, fried bean curd in cashew sauce, Sesame "Chicken" made with these great tofu based balls to name some of my favorites. A pleasant surprise to find in Michigan as they have many dishes comparable to vegetarian chinese restaurants I found out in San Francisco.
