This is a real treat in a city with few vegetarian options. We just moved to Fort Wayne from California, and have been looking for good veg food. The 3 Rivers Co-op is a friendly and helpful market with the added benefit of a great deli where you can dine in or take it with you. So many of the choices are wheat and dairy free as well. The only problem is on some days the food sells out too quickly.

This is a great place to come for a delicious vegetarian meal and to get some organic shopping in as well. Sherman and Spring street is the new location.
