Vegetarian restaurants, food stores are gaining in popularity there. I lived there for several years and am pleasantly surprised at the nice budding variety of veggie restaurants. The natural food stores are pretty much all good, compared to what I saw when I lived in Virginia. The Whole Foods store in the Plantation area was my favorite food store.
