while your omni friends will have dead things, you will be able to walk in and order veggie bowls including the Boulder bowl: brown rice, tofu and veggies. Extra veggies available.
only one sauce is not vegan. (has anchovy) ask the counter person.
I am thrilled to not have to give six subs for a meal!

Wolfe's BBQ, 333 East Colfax Ave, 303-831-1500, www.WolfesBBQ.com. A traditional bbq restaurant featuring both meat and vegetarian BBQ Tofu. BBQ Tofu, sauce, rolls, and 3 of 6 sides are vegan (2 more of the sides are vegetarian). Lunch 11:30am-3pm Mon-Fri
Dinner 5-8pm Mon-Sat. You can go with meat-eater friends!
