Excellent Vietnamese cuisine inside a tofu factory. The tofu dishes are, naturally, their best. Their menu is numbered. Top dishes include:

16. Tofu custard with ginger syrup (known as "Tou Fu Far" in Cantonese). Heavenly and just about equal to the best examples found in Asia. Be warned though - there's no preservative so it doesn't keep well - we think no more than 2 hours. Eat it fresh!

12. Fried tofu seasoned with lemongrass and chili (8 pieces for $1!). You must try this. Goes great with the Vegetarian Hoi Sin sauce they have there.

1. Rice noodle in spicy soup. Reminds me of Malaysian Laksa. Just the right amount of spicyness. We came back again and again for this dish!

Their servings are generous and prices are very reasonable.

It isn't totally vegan. They sell "shrimp" that I have been told sometimes has whey and sometimes doesn't (I guess it is dependent on the manufacturer). Their egg rolls also have egg in the wrapper. They are very vegan conscious though. Very much worth supporting.
