I absolutely love Huntington Beach because it is so much fun just to walk along the shore and shop on Main Street. There aren't too many vegetarian only places, but I do love the veggie burger at Ruby's diner because you can eat on the pier and it is a lot of fun. Plus this place has something for everyone.

Re-posted from 02Apr2003: Excellent little veggie restaurant on the corner of Goldenwest and Warner. Real cheap if you get their lunch special (before 3). I think only two things on the menu are not vegan, (they’re clearly labeled). The tofu tempura is a delicious appetizer! My personal favorite is the broccoli soy-chicken with peanut sauce. Mmm.
