As Far as I know the only decent food you can find in Escondido is in someone's private kitchen. Chain restaurants, fast food and cheap lard filled mexican/taco stands run the gamut. But decent vegetarian cuisine or just any cuisine would be a godsend around here! (from a bitter S.F native trapped (more like the 3rd world)in Escondido.
