Great food. It's actually in Capitola rather than Aptos though.

There is a good all vegetarian restaurant, Dharmas, in Aptos on Capitola Ave the AAA office and the Capitola Mall. It is large and informal, attractively decorated with plants and sculptures. There is a varied menu, and it is open long hours, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
