Serves meat, veg options available. An option for vegetarians when in Puerto Vallarta. There is a separate vegetarian menu with many opportunities to sample proper, traditional Mexican cooking. The owner, Lola, takes traditional Mexican cooking seriously, and there are options (including vegan) here that are not available elsewhere in town. The restaurant is a lively, bohemian space, in a converted garage slightly out of the center of town. You have to walk 10 minutes north from the beach along Calle Cardenas before turning right just as you get to the bridge over the river. Also offers cooking classes. Cash only. Open Mon-Sun 5pm-11pm, closed September month.

One of few totally vegetarian restaurants in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. Spacious, bright and breezy with high ceilings. Offers wide variety of food, lots of veggie "meats". All-you-can eat buffet for around 60 pesos (US$6 US). Breakfast 9am-12noon, buffet 1-6pm.
