Serves meat, veg options available. Serves fish meat sometimes, otherwise all vegetarian. Run by a Rastafarian. Food is display on a counter and you choose what you want. Directions: Located 2 blocks from Back St. on the main road of Paul's Lot. From Halifax St walk past the Court House on your right, then take your next right. At the end of the road, turn left and you will see Ras Ital on the right. Cash only. Open Mon-Fri for lunch.
