Very small veggie food restaurant in St. Kitts. Food is vegan except the cheese cake. Breakfast tofu scramble, banana pancakes, soup, salads, drinks made from local fruit, veggie burger, vegan pizza (cheese is made using cashews and nutritional yeast), roti, lasagna, bbq tofu kebabs, veggie stir fry, stewed TVP, dessert is non-vegan cheese cake, but vegan apple pie, pecan pie, coconut tart. Open 8am-5pm, closed Saturday.

Serves meat, veg options available. A small multi-colored truck across the street from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitts. It is located in an empty field that has construction going on around it. Has a small seating area. Changing menu is mostly vegetarian, and might include lasagna, scalloped potatoes, veggie burger with or without cheese, tofu and rice, veggie wrap, lentil cakes, and others. Open 11am-2/3pm.
