Contrary to the what guidebooks say - there is a veggie restaurant in Cuba - in Bayamo! (in the pedestrian precinct opposite the ice cream stand in the central square) Sadly we had already sorted out our eating when we found it, so don't know what it is like - but as of November 2004, it does exist....
