Subject: 'Winnipeg's Fringe Festival One of the Best'

Every year in July there is a festival called the Winnipeg Fringe Festival. It is a festival supporting local and international artists. During the festival there are free performances in the main district and there is also a market where people come to sell there wares. Last year there was a soap and fragrance seller that featured vegan soaps and fragrances that were to die for! If you have a change to get the old market square I suggest that you check out the soaps. They have done wonders for my skin and are completely animal friendly!
