Le Pain Quotidien in Notting Hill Gate has vegan muffin options (I had blueberry) and when I was there in November it also had an avocado tartine which was labeled as vegan.
Subject: Other vegan options in Dublin city
Café Irie (11 fownes St, Temple Bar D1) has a few good vegan options, including a set vegan club sandwich, wraps and noodles. You can also ask to get custom sandwiches. Note that the last time I was there the guacamole wasn't vegan.
Itsa Bagel (Abbey St and Fitzwilliam Lane Dublin city/Dun Laoghaire/Sandford) have a vegan bagel, salad (The Kind veggie) and lentil soup. They are labelled as vegan on the menu board.

Galway Bakery Co (Williamsgate Street, Galway City) do a vegetarian breakfast that can be made vegan, just ask for it without the eggs. They also have soya milk for tea and coffee.
La Salsa (6 Mainguard Street, Galway City)have a vegan burrito on their menu, and any of the vegetarian options can be made vegan without cheese etc
Café Express (Shop St, Galway city) have hummus bagel and also do soya milk for tea and coffee
