More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
The food is fantastic, and does not contribute to the brutalizing and killing of voiceless beings against their will.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
An excellent website and resource, I always recommend this site to anyone looking for places to eat in various cities.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Always love visiting NYC, the veg options are endless. Would definitely like to explore the pacific northwest in the future.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Soyrizo is an amazing product, and always a huge hit with vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike when I add it to dishes. Nutritional yeast (Red Star) is also a staple in our house, packed with vitamins (including B-12) and delicious on pasta, pizza, rice, popcorn, salads, etc. A must-have for every vegan home. If you make a homemade pizza, sprinkle a layer of nutritional yeast on the sauce and then top it with crumbled, sauteed Soyrizo and roasted red peppers before you bake it, you have the ultimate pizza !
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Without a doubt, "The China Study" and "The World Peace Diet" are the top two books always recommended.

Hi Tom, thanks for getting back to me. I couldn't replicate it. If you have time, could you help me try to repeat it? You can start a new thread for testing in the last forum section:

Cut off forum text
Hi Tom,
Read that your response was cut off. Please let me know the details of what happened. I'm thinking it could have to do with code... did you add any html to your post (ie. web links)?
Thanks for your help.
