I am a huge supporter of the Art's,I love to draw,paint,write and dance!i'm very passionate about the worlds oceans and marine life, Iam very impulsive at time's so we'll have great stories for he grandkids one day =).my greatest accomplishment's and motivation is my Family, they are my world and would be nothing with out them =).I have the love of my life whom is my best friend and soulmate and even though eat's meat he supports me in my belifes and passions,we have the most beautiful babies in the world! each bringing so many new blessing everyday to our life.

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Ever since i was young i have been involed in animal rights,staying away from meat as much as possible as young as seven. But i really dedicated myself around 19-20yrs. I personally have a really hard time knowing that an animal suffered so much for peoples glutny( i think thats how its spelled) any way most people aren't eating for nutrition but for fun. Little do they know there sport is contributing to cruel intentive murder an harming themselves along with it. i get sick to my stomach seeing animal slauter house video's,its totally breaks me down.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
i loved the reviews !!the people and support are wonderful to. it's a great positive site and recomend it to everyone even if they are not vegitarian. there are so many other windows to go through just by coming to happy cow.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
mushroom veggie burgers from "Gardenburger" cucumber salad(sunomono salad)im a sucker for a good stir fri and rice noodles.the tofu resturant in norwalk ca. the have a great tofu and dumpling soup that hit's the spot even in hot weather!
