Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I'm on a fully plant-based diet because it is the best lifestyle alternative for me to feel balanced and righteous. Ecological sustainability is the key motivator for me, and consuming the plant-based diet uses only a fraction of energy and creates only a fraction of pollution in comparison to any animal products. I'm a HUGE supporter of organic farmers and I go GMO-free, because the whole concept is hidden under industrialist propaganda that I cannot take for granted for my or the planet's health. I think the human body is perfectly constructed for a plant-based diet full of carbohydrates – and I do feel amazing and look fit and glowing. ;) To promote agricultural diversity, reduce harmful and unethical consumption, and reduce CO2 footprint.

As the best part of visiting different cities is trying the new and innovative veg restaurants, I considered being part of the Happy Cow would be a great decision. Moreover, I really think I have my own contribution to share with all you other users as well.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I'm from the Central Finland and I love my small home city, Jyväskylä – its green parks, architecture built around the big lake, trendy campus area, clean nature... I'm specially fond of France, Belgium and Sweden. I have lived one year recently in Estonia, Tallinn, because of my bachelor studies of international law, and starting this autumn I will be spending one year in the Netherlands, in Maastricht, as an exchange student doing my second year of studies. And I'm so excited already – there's a huge farmers' market just around the corner where I live! Traveling is wonderful, and I generally tend to enjoy staying in one new place for a longer period at a time. I would love to visit Berlin again, and so many other places as well - and pay 'ecological tax' as a compensation.

ALL VEGETABLES and FRUITS – everything! I have no allergies, thus no limitations. I do prefer having 80/10/10 meals 90% of the time. Zoodles and smoothies and dried figs and potatoes...
