Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I am vegan. I do not enjoy eating animal products in any ways. I am mostly raw foodist, mostly plant based for pure energy and pH balance. Little or no grains, fruits. No seaweeds, fungus, vinegar, any kind of sugar or nuts except almonds. They are acidic, except almonds, that is alkaline. No cooking, it kills life, therefor the best organic vegetable becomes acidic. Organic and local as much as possible. Chemicals are acidic. One needs 70-80 % alkaline food/water for pH balance. In other cases problems show up from spots through fatigue to cancer. You could ask why am I not 100% raw? Well, if someone put it front of me no matter what time it was or where I was, I would be. Check this out to understand pH. They suggest occasional fish consumption for omega 3, I suggest flax seed or oil. http://www.phmiracleliving.com/

First of all I want to see if I match anyone more then dietary and be friends. (Not only internet, but a live friend.) Matching only dietary is not enough reason. It is a big and important area of life, but not enough...
