Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Solid, evidence based science supports the choice, the humane treatment of all living beings, the incredible way I feel, and the way my body and mind perform in athletics ( running, biking, swimming, yoga, weight lifting, hiking ), the years of healthful living, the energy I have every day to go hard! Are just a few of the reasons I choose this lifestyle. Oh, and of course the incredible food!

Looking for restaurants that work really hard to create, prepare and nourish people with wonderful food!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
National Parks: St.John, Red Rock, Wasatch Mountains, Big Sur, Hysperia Hot Springs, Bishop Hot Springs, Salt Creek Beach... Mexico, Bahamas, Niagra Fall... So many more places to see and experience!
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
All fruit, Kale and more Kale, salads with everything, homemade oil free dressings, curry, marenera, all ancient grains, sprouted nuts and seeds, homemade granola, carrots and raisins combined, soba noodles, miso soup, any kind of soup, lentils, every variety of squash and potatoe, every vegitable I ever met! YUM!
