More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
It's a moral decision for me. I love animals and as such eating them makes no sense. And I cannot stomach the cruelty. I'm also an environmentalist and the amount of resources it takes to raise livestock and dairy is ridiculous. In other words, I'm trying to "walk the walk."
