I found out why Viasko was a bit down in standard for awhile, they lost there chef suddenly and the owner was trying to do everything himself, but over the last three weeks I've noticed that everything is improving. Just thought I'd let you know, because as much as I agree somewhat to the pre-new chef time, I think it is now superb. I had a celery and apple soup tonight that was first class. New desserts as well. I'd give them another try if I were you and maybe redo your last review, I really don't think they deserve such an attack now.
