More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Health Benefits aside, I am not much of an Animal Rights Activist, I prefer to eat this way because I believe good food is detrimental to our health and well-being, and what is not more satisfying than eating raw, organic food? The Industry (fast-food, USDA, etc.) has tampered with our food for so long, it's nice to not have to support something that cares more about business than its people.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I stumbled upon this site and think it's great for meeting people and becoming rooted in the veg/veg community, not to mention the restaurant finder ;)

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
France, Germany, NYC, Guatemala, Rock City, Disney World, Boston...The Dominican Republic, Japan, Middle East, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Africa, California, Los Angeles

Sunflower Seeds, Avocados, Mango, Strawberries, Thai Coconut, Raw Chocolate, Agave, Mac nuts, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Pistachios, Spinach, Kale, Arugula, Raisins, Figs, Lemon, Stevia, Carrot, Zucchini, Tomato, Banana, Orange, Kiwi, Apples, Blueberries, Pineapple, Pears, Strawberries, Starfruit
