I wanted to thank you for the review. Although it was only 3 stars, you said a lot of good stuff too. Thank you for supporting our cause. I do hope you'll give us another try. I'd like to let you know that only two of our items are soy (and made with local Surata tofu - therefore, not concentrated). The unCheese sauce is made from cashews, as is the gravy. The BBQ is seitan. Hope to see you again soon. I'm sorry you thought the Phish was just oily - I am quite proud of my creations, but I suppose not everybody is going to like everything I make. I also want to let you know that I make 99% of everything on my menu.
