Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I prefer to eat high-carb low-fat raw vegan 80/10/10 (at least 80% carbs, at most 10% fat & at most 10% protein-so mostly fruitarian in the day, salads at night) whenever I can, but I also like to visit vegan restaurants that have raw options and try a dish or two with my friends and family. I prefer to eat this way because I have been living this lifestyle since 9/13 and have never looked or felt better in my entire life and I'd like to keep feeling this good as long as I can. It has cleared up my asthma, no more sinus or yeast infections and shrinking a tumor found last year. My doc said to keep doing what I'm doing, so this is it!

I originally joined happycow when I began to be mostly vegetarian I believe in 09 and since then, my diet has evolved over the years to mostly fruitarian raw vegan!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I have travelled all over north america and would love to keep traveling to see the world!
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
mangoes, and pretty much all sweet, juicy fruit (except pineapple-I'm allergic) and non-sweet fruits, all lettuces; heirloom, exotic and wild varieties of fruits and veggies!
