Hey, Bath is a fantastic city. You need to time your visit with the walking tours the local chamber of commerce holds. Of course, you take the tour of the Roman Bath its get its namesake from, other than that its just a charming town where you can uncover more and more over a lifetime of living there or whistle stop tour it in one day. I don't advise paying for the Bath, however. It was a bit of a disappointment, but the steam rooms are nice. Make sure to get a vegan shake at Shakes Away and visit the vegan pub!

Thanks for your message. VS du coeur was indeed a great restaurant and I'm sure you'll be sad to learn that it closed a few months ago! In fact it has been replaced by Le Pas-Sage Obligé, a fairly traditional restaurant where they hope to attract vegs while still serving foie gras! (It is actually listed on happycow, see my review...) I for one will not be setting foot there. Regards from Paris
