Hi, I'm a compassionate soul who is into fitness, music, the outdoors amongst other things. I live by a philosophy of respect and love for all living beings. I'm a lifelong learner and enjoy sharing what I have learned and experienced. Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Noone has to suffer and die in order for humans to live. It doesn't make sense ethically, ecologically and healh.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
To connect with other likeminded people.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Great Britan, New England - Maine, Vermont etc. Would love to visit Australia, Vancouver, Scandanavia, various US states and go back to England. That's the short list :). Enjoy exploring locally as well.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I'm a whole foods vegan - stay away (most of the time) from the overly processed, refined white flour, sugar etc. But I do love a yummy vegan cookie once in a while. Nothing beats a great stir fry - portobello mushrooms and baked tofu.
