Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I have four reasons to be vegan: 1. Enviroment. I try minimize my use of natural resources and avoid all kinds of pollution. I want to learn to prepare my things by hand and do it in naturall way. (even though I still have a long way to go...) 2. Human rights. There would be no hunger if food resources were spread equally... (and not wasted on endless meat production.) 3. Animal rights. You know why. 4. Outer health. I´m following an alcaline diet that prefers not to eat any animalproducts. (seach keys: pH diet, Robert O. Young) 5. Inner health and growth. I think that consuming dead bodies of our fellow creatures, won´t help you get any more compassionate or life repecting. I want to be the best person I can become. Therefore I need to grow what is good in me, and being vegan helps me in this process.

I think this browse restaurants thing is really convenient, so I want to help you to make it better by adding veg restaurants and shops I know. It´s also nice to meet other vegan and vegetarian people in the internet and get some useful information.

Raw sesame-milk, raw bukwheat porridge, ratatouile, tomatopie, vegan-bolognese, watermelon, avocado salad, spelt bread, steamed broccoli, salted almonds, natural soy-youghurt with blueberries, beatroot sauce...
