Fettucini Alfredo with Cremini Mushrooms(raw), Greentea Cupcake(vegan), Emerald Kale(raw), Summer Roll with Peanut Sauce(vegan) from Down To Earth, Matcha Latte(vegan) from Peace Cafe.

Vegan With Vengeance, Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World, Raw Food Made Easy - these 3 books are my staple these days. For non-vegetarians, "Fast Food Nation" is highly recommendable!!
