Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Beginning with holding out a prawn for my curious Alsatian puppy and finishing with a fish my gut reaction towards the murder of these creatures was intensely negative. Of course as a child I was always sickened by chewing on cow flesh, baby sheep (not the one whom I hugged and who kissed me when I was eight years old), "Verkehrstod" chicken, and Pig muscle.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I like Berlin (and Germany generally) a lot; New York is fantastic, but I'm constantly dreaming... I want to visit Iceland, Ethiopia, Yunnan province...

Recently I've not really cooked for myself; I'm a constant grazer and adore vegan fig rolls to fuel my running, as well as Nakd Cashew Cookie Raw Bars. I prefer rice milk over soy, although I do like the latter in yogurt form, and also occasionally use SIS Rego Recovery after ninety minutes to two hours of feeling great. My preferred energy gel is produced by Torq Fitness UK.
