What joyous news! No more MSG! I am so pleased to learn you took my advice and found a different source for your seitan; one w/o MSG! Your customers will be so much healthier. I bet they notice how much better your food is too.
You too should note how you feel as you ween yourself from it. I know you like Wiki, but you should read beyond Wiki and check out Healing W Whole Foods, a great book, just as one. But, use this as a time for yourself to see how it makes you feel to not have it as regularly (I don't claim to know your diet, but if you try, you can avoid it in your snacks). Also, not only how you feel, but how you taste, monitor for differences; you may amaze yourself.
I am so glad and even honored you made such an effort on my behalf after 10 yrs of biz as usual. Word! Your honesty in admitting it is to be commended. The tenure before you there was a lot of misinformation, though when someone knows MSG, it's hard to fool 'em. I knew. Thanks Eric, says a lot about you as a man and I appreciate that, even though you think you don't like me.
