Would your Dragon Fruit grow outdoors in Hong Kong? - bananas grow here.

Vegetation - http://www.hkherbarium.net/herbarium/Topics/Vegetation/hk_vegetation_e.htm

Climate - http://www.hko.gov.hk/wxinfo/climat/climahk.htm

It would be fun to grow / market different varieties!

Thank you.

missed ya
Hi Gray,

Was a shame you couldn't make it. Anyhow, we'll meet up one day. Hey, curious if you could share with me if it's possible to take a cutting from a passion fruit vine and get it to grow? I know these guys are parasites of the jungle, but I've never been able to do it. Is it possible?
Thanks, Eric

saturday
Hi Gray,
Thanks for the message. Please let us know if there's anything you find that could be improved on the site.
I bet the shipping idea thru a website could be highly automated. I don't have much free time these days or I'd offer to be involved in getting it going.
Had another idea, you could see what kind of interest and what markup the exiting organic fruit delivery companies would take (since they already have customers):
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=organic+fruit+delivery
Then, once you get in the Internet market a bit, you could consider creating your own site and shipping yourself.
Anyhow, look forward to meeting up with you Saturday.
See you then. Peace, Eric

WorldFest, etc...
Hi Gray,

Yeah, I see how shipping out your harvest could be a logistical problem, yet people do it. I have no idea if it's worth it though.
We'll have a booth a WorldFest, so see you next weekend.
btw- when is your harvest time? Any dragonfruit at this time? If so, I'd love to buy a case.
See you at the HappyCow booth.
Peace, Eric/webmaster
