Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I'm a vegetarian as I believe that in the western world we do not need to kill animals to survive. I am an animal lover and hate to see them suffer.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I joined because I found this site and have been using it to find veggie resturants when I go travelling.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I have been to Belguim (brussels and Ghent), Amsterdam, Venice, Limassol (Cyprus), Bulgaria and Turkey. I didnt find Turkey and Bulgaria very veggie friendly was hard to find places.I love dVenice but hard to find somewhere to eat there too. Al the others I had no problem.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I love all vegetables except for celery and white mushrooms.

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
I am reading the god delusion at the moment, very interesting. I like comedy films. Really like Will Ferall I think he's great.
