one of my favorite families that helped me with my raw food diet was Sergei, and Valya Boutenko. they started as kids and are now giving there own seminars about there life styles very inspirational if u want to check it out.

i had the same problem when i trained for marathons. i would hit this plateau and couldn't go any further. my teachers noticed and advised that i start to incorporate meditation or yoga into my routine. i didn't think it was going to work but it did and the fascinating part was that most of it was emotional baggage.
it also helped with calming my mind, reduced 'runners' stress, and insomnia.
Right On! Mexican vegan are coming into style. I got most of my family to change some of the ways they eat. Suggesting alternative ways of cooking like changing types of oils or baking instead of deep frying. They may not be thinking of becoming vegans but it does make them think about eating more healthy. ... it has happened to me too....where I used to work my co-workers would ask me to lunch but then stopped because I told them about my "vegan-ness" and so after no one wanted to eat with me... and I never preached about lifestyle or about animal rights. But they just didn't want to be reminded of what they should be eating.
The house I live in is split between carnivores and me.
