My boyfriend is a carnivore and I guess we get along so well with many other other aspects that food is not really an issue. I get you though, because It was hard in the begining for me to get him to respect my desicion. I just didn't tell him much at first and just cooked delicious meals and make him try them..sharing my thoughts here and there but not so bluntly or sounding like an extrem
I agree...I don't like sharing much my personal views and opinions with non-vegans unless they are interested or if they ask, or if they disrespect or cross the line with me...Each individual has a growing and learning process I think...they will soon be aware.
Hello everyone! I am a rookie in all senses to the Vegan world, and would love some help and support. I live with my boyfriend and he eats meat, and It is so hard for him to understand where im coming from. My friends are also meat-eaters and make fun of me :/ but ufcourse I stand strong Any tips on eating out with my friends?? is the hardest for me...Thank you!!
Just wanted to introduce myself as a new member and now VEGAN as of October ! so, I need all the help I can get. One of the things I was curious about and would like to read some responses is how does being a vegan affect our hormones and mood?? I suffer from PMDD (pre menstrual disphoric disorder) and I need to know that I am getting the proper nutrition. Any help would be great
