-it's a specific cookbook on just tofu, and is purely vegan. .
there is also another book by her called "Vegan Cooking For One". the recipes are easily converted to cooking for others as well coz you just multiply all the ingredients to make extra . it's not a purely tofu cookbook like the one abo

it's really my favourite because it was the first formal vegetarian/vegan restaurant i ever went to!. and it will remain such a happy and prolific memory for me just cozza that.

it has been a bit difficult to find any vegan places.. so i have mainly been cooking here at home :-). there seem to be veg dishes around but mostly here vegetables are cooked in broth so they're not really veggie dishes. tofu can be a problem too as it is made with fish and/or milk when processed before it gets to the restau
