I live in Plymouth with my non-veggie partner, Phil, and my rescued cat Susie. I've been veggie for upwards of 35 years and I love cooking and investigating new flavours. I also enjoy walking and living here in the south west is simply wonderful. My other passion is music - particularly jazz and blues. In a previous life I played clarinet in a jazz band.

For a number of years Plymouth has had only 2 veggie restaurants, Veggie Perrin's ( which serves wonderful Indian food) and the Arts Centre. Most of the other restaurants serve veggie
