I really like almond butter - although it isn't really a butter substitute. I never really liked butter/marg and have always enjoyed tahini, so I haven't really had to be creative on that front.
I have also never made oat or almond milk. Sorry! However, this site seems to have a bunch of recipes for different milks, including oat and almond.
