I am a born vegetarian. I am a Chef by profession and passion. Now, working as a Executive Chef for a health food start up.
Even though I have tried cooking most fo the foods I prefer to be a Vegetarian. Love to feed people and to create Original real veggie recipes to suit everybody's palate. I am totally against using imitation meat and calling it by meat names. I refuse to go to those type of restaurants who call it Vegan and Vegetarian and serve mock meat!
