I like Park City. The restaurant Chimayo and one of its sister restaurants (the Asian one) always have had one vegan option when I've been there. There is also an inexpensive Thai restaurant downtown, a sushi place (for edamame, miso soup and veggie roll), and a great health food store.

I am here to represent SLC. Salt Lake City is the most amazing city for veg cuisine and awesome skiing. I moved here when I was 18 and am still here at the age of 34.

I snowboard and telemark ski. Just let me know! It is a good idea to stay downtown SLC so that you can access all 10 areas and backcountry within 30 minutes to 1 hour drive. Each ski area has its benefits.

Just noticing the groups feature on here now, so I'm late to the party, but I would definitely vote SLC for vest veggie skiing. I'm in Utah too. Veggie ski meetup this winter?
